Long-awaited witness in the judgment of the case of rape and death threats between the leader of the Pastef party, Ousmane Sonko, and the ex-masseuse, Adji Raby Sarr, Dr Alphousseyni Gaye made a revelation. The gynaecologist, in fact, declared yesterday, during his appearance before the Court, that “spermatozoon was found in the sex of Adji Sarr” and this, “after analysis of the samples”.

During his interrogation, Dr. Gaye specified, however, that he does not know if they are “living or dead spermatozoa”. Just as Alphousseyni Gaye indicates that he is not able to say with certainty that “this substance sampled emanates from sexual relations”.

Sonko-Adji Sarr: the Key Dates

To one of the lawyers for the civil party, Me El Hadj Diouf, who sought, through several questions, to know if the sperm « found in the sex of Adji Sarr came from Ousmane Sonko », the gynaecologist refused to answer in the affirmative. Dr. Gaye also claimed not to be a lawyer when questioned about the « validity » of the lab report.

In addition, the white coat returned to the bar of the Court on the circumstances which led him to intervene in this file currently pending before the Justice. And for Dr Alphousseyni Gaye, it is to inform: “Lawyer Pape Samba Sô told me about a lady who allegedly suffered an assault without going into details. Not knowing the nature, I asked if it was an obstetrical matter. I asked my lawyer if it was up to me to pick up the patient, he replied that in her condition, if I did not move, I could be prosecuted for non-assistance to a person in danger. »

“Refusal to plead” from her Counsels, Withdrawal of the Court-Appointed Lawyer: Ndèye Khady Ndiaye left to her Fate

“It was at 9 p.m. that I received the call. I received the victim at the hospital, but I did not find anything particular. I took a vaginal swab. We put a cotton swab to take a sample,” recalls the gynecologist. Who further explained: “I took secretions and on analysis, I realized that they were traces of sperm.” Dr. Gaye then precised: “I have never seen the Sweet Beauty salon, nor entered the salon. Two hypotheses can emerge from the consultation. First the sexual conjunction and the second, the injection of sperm.”
