On the sidelines of the Gavi Forum held in France on Thursday, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye held talks with French President Emmanuel Macron. During this first exchange, the two heads of state expressed their desire « to give new impetus to the partnership between Senegal and France, based on mutual respect, a balanced partnership serving the reciprocal interests of the two peoples, united by shared democratic values, a human bond and a relationship of friendship ».
