We need to go beyond the publication of investigation reports by government audit bodies. This is the opinion of Ngouda Fall Kane, former Chairman of the National Financial Information Processing Unit (Centif). Mr. Kane recommends publication of the Ige and Ofnac investigation reports, as requested by the Head of State, Bassirou Diomaye Faye.
Ngouda Fall Kane has a different opinion on the publication of reports by government auditors. This former Inspector General of State and former Chairman of the National Cell for the Treatment of Financial Information (Centif) would like the Head of State to go further than the publication of reports by auditing bodies. Supporting President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye in this, the former head of Centif believes that the emphasis should be placed on the publication of investigation reports. A position defended by Ngouda Fall Kane on I-radio’s « LR du Temps » program.
Speaking on the radio program, Ngouda Fall Kane stressed that we must do more than just publish summary reports.
