The difficult situation that the populations of Saint-Louis, Matam and Bakel are going through, due to the flooding of the Senegal River, saddens the members of the Alliance for the Republic (APR). In a press release, the National Executive Secretariat (SEN) of this party expressed its solidarity with the disaster-stricken populations, and, demanded « that the authorities implement, with diligence and speed, all the social, humanitarian, technical and solidarity actions necessary to assist them. »
