The owner of the Sweet Beauty massage parlor has been sentenced to two years in prison. Ndèye Khady Ndiaye is acquitted on the count of complicity in rape, she is condemned for incitement to debauchery. She must jointly with Ousman Sonko pay the damages of 20 million CFA francs to Adji Raby Sarr.

The owner of the Sweet Beauté salon was facing a 5-year prison sentence.

She appeared in Court, eight months pregnant. She was alone in the courtroom since her lawyers, following the advice of Ousmane Sonko, left the courtroom claiming that their rights were violated.

On judgement day prior to the verdict being rendered, the lawyers of Ndèye Khady Ndiaye asked for the reopening of the proceedings. A request rejected by the criminal chamber.
